How can I customize the flavors in my subscription?

You can access your subscription through our Subscriber Portal by clicking HERE. When the new page opens click "Manage Subscription" at the bottom of the box. Follow the prompts to reach your subscription dashboard. Reach out to us if you have any trouble.

How do I update my delivery, frequency, quantity, and other things about my subscription?

Your subscription can be managed right from our website. Click THIS LINK and a new page will open. Click "Manage Subscription" at the bottom of the box. Follow the prompts to reach your subscription dashboard and you will be able to edit all your subscription details. Please let us know if you have any issues making changes to your subscription. I can’t log in to my account!

You may still need to create an account, which you can do here - all your subscription information will be there waiting for you. If you’ve already done so and are still having trouble, just shoot us an email or and we’d be happy to help with that!

Can I deactivate my subscription or skip my upcoming order?

Absolutely. There are no order minimums and you can skip or deactivate your subscription whenever you’d like in the customer portal.
